1.1        The site http://www.preparedmeals.com.au (“the Site”) is operated by Prepared Meals. See ‘Contact Us’ for further details. The manager of Prepared Meals is responsible for the administration of this privacy policy.

2.1        You may provide personal information to Prepared Meals when you complete and send an online form to Prepared Meals. The personal information required by each online form located on this Site is as follows:

2.1.1        Order Form: you are required to provide a name, physical address, telephone numbers and e-mail address. This information is collected for the purpose of arranging for the delivery of the product or services requested by you.

2.1.2        Feedback form: this information is collected for the purpose of receiving feedback from users of the Prepared Meals site and consumers of the Prepared Meals products and services to improve our services to you.

4.1        You may access personal information that Prepared Meals holds about you by written request.

4.2        You must provide your year and country of birth when making a request so that we can verify your identity. Access will be provided free of charge. Prepared Meals will endeavour to provide access in a way that is convenient to you.

4.3        Any proposed correction to the personal information held by Prepared Meals will be kept attached to the relevant Prepared Meals record.

5.2        Customer information is kept for seven (7) years from the closure of a file in which is stored personal information.  Prepared Meals will delete or destroy this information as soon as practicable after this period elapses.
